EARDISLEY SHOW takes place this year on Bank Holiday Monday - AUGUST 30th – Don’t Forget!!!

Extracts from Eardisley Parish Magazine 1869

‘We must look forward, all being well, to a ‘Cottagers’ Flower Show again this summer, and hope, it may be even more successful in many ways, than the first attempt last year. During the present month the rules and arrangements shall be discussed, so as to be ready for publication in next month’s Magazine. The prizes for neat and cleanly cottages, which are habitually so kept during the year, and for best cultivated gardens, will be offered as last year’.

From this article we can say that Eardisley Flower Show began in 1868, some 142 years ago and it is still going strong today.
